Spencer Bair grew up across the United States as a military brat, inventing stories with his younger siblings wherever they went. Initially, he despised reading as a child, trying to begin the first book of Harry Potter in second grade and almost finishing the first chapter. However, in the summer between third and fourth grade, he picked that same book up and proceeded to devour the entire series before the summer's end. From there he became a reading addict for the remainder of his childhood and teenage years.

Despite his love of books and talent for writing (due in large part to his English teacher mother), Spencer did not consider becoming an author until after inventing several stories with his friend Matthew on an overnight shift in college. One of those stories evolved into the Fell Blood trilogy, the first book being completed after graduation in 2022.

Spencer currently works and resides near Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA. He enjoys video games, reading, writing, and spending time with family. Stay tuned here at J.D. Null Books to see what comes next!
